Recruiter for Video Game Company - English Speaking, Full Time
CTW Inc. is a fast-growing IT company who owns and operates the online gaming platform G123.
The games are based on renowned IPs, including Japanese anime, and can be played on different devices without requiring a specific app download. The most popular game in Japan is called Vivid Army. The platform has found great success
The company is now looking to grow its player base around the world and to adapt its offerings for new markets with a number of new exciting IPs.
To support this international expansion, we plan to hire more English-speaking talents across the company, including in technical/IT-oriented roles. We are thus looking for an English-speaking recruiter who will be in charge of identifying, scouting and hiring candidates both in Japan and overseas for these technical positions.

Job Description
Definition of candidates profiles and identification of a pool of applicable candidates using a variety of tools, including via direct sourcing and scouting professional networking platforms
Writing and publishing job descriptions and job postings
Resume and document screening
Organizing and leading interviews with candidates
MUST HAVE
Near-native or native English language proficiency
Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Skilled at MS Office or Google Tools (Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Meet, etc.)
Ability / Skilled in conducting proactive market research on talent markets
Being able to work proactively and independently
Flexible and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WANT/Good to have
Experience in direct recruitment from sourcing to closing
Experience in sourcing candidates/research at a recruiting firm or experience approaching candidates as a career advisor in English
Experience in sales, especially B2C sales of intangible products and services in the IT industry
Experience leading negotiations with the client side and the candidate side of the recruitment process
Conversational or Business Japanese level is a plus, but not required.
