Qualification:

• Experience in managing a three-person or larger product team.
• Familiarity with agile development methods (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Willingness to improve Japanese and English skills in both business-level Japanese, English, and English communication environments.
• Knowledge and experience to discuss technical matters accurately with engineers.

PreferredQualification:

• Management experience of SaaS development team.
• Quality control experience required knowledge, skills, and nature.
• Ability to manage progress and priorities of development tasks.
