AWS Connect Architect

Position Name:AWS Connect Architect

Qualification:

• Aws Connect (Contact Center) Architect with experience of installing AWS CTI solutions.
• Need to review existing Telephony solution and work with AWS engineering team on upgrade existing solution on new markets( EMEA/ APAC).
• Provide best practices and intelligent solutions for reducing manual monitoring and redundant work.
