Job Description

  • Undergo training and gain an advanced understanding of the World of Letter’s flagship Work Ethics Curriculum.
  • Utilizing World of Letter’s curriculum, train and mentor unemployed women and youth on work ethics skills and employability program to ease their transition into the workforce.
  • Prepare a training plan that is sensitive to the needs of the beneficiaries, considering geographic location, gender-sensitivities, and the needs of the private sector, employing a diversity of training tools.
  • Prepare all aspects of the trainings, including logistics, materials, and necessary technology support.
  • Conduct face to face and/or online sessions with trainees monthly.
  • Establish a professional relationship with the trainees, acting as a mentor and advisor throughout the training period.
  • Evaluate the trainees based on their attitude, skills, and participation to ensure their transition into the workforce.
