- Having served in a senior position for at least three years (President, vice president or Dean).
- Having a clear commitment to the standards, ethos and values of the University and of the MoHE.
- Having experience in American Style Education.
- Strong personality, charismatic leader, able to work as a team, to well choose his/her close collaborators (such as vice-president) accepting shared governance and delegation.
- Besides his/her in-depth of strategy operational knowledge of the academic requirements of the MoHE, it is recommended the he/she has some skills in the fundraising and financial sector.
