- Focusing on lending to the new borrowers.
- Working with the Team Leader to identify clients that require follow-up.
- Prospecting and building a sales pipeline by engaging with leads via phone calls.
- Visiting and presenting liwwa’s financial products to prospective clients via site visits.
- Cross-selling liwwa’s range of products and services.
- Anticipating and resolving all client-related needs.
- Managing client relationships from lead to live and onwards in conjunction with Account Management.
- Building strong relationships internally to enable efficient interaction between liwwa and the clients.
- Achieving financial quarterly targets based on contracts signed.
- Researching, creating, and following up on a target list of existing clients and new businesses.
