- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the task.
- Shall have knowledge of: principles of engineering, planning, project programming, and ability to interpret plans and drawings.
- Shall have experience in management and supervision of an engineering staff.
- Must be a registered professional Civil engineer.
- Shall be available within four (4) hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss focus areas.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check.
