1- Analyse and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to document, plan, and execute objectives effectively.

2- Translate project targets and vision into actionable items and implement workflow and processes within delivery timescales

3- Communicate service process improvements including end user training and support to ensure effective use of the service
