- Develop, manage, and continuously improve all monitoring and evaluation systems, tools and procedures to capture and report on all project deliverables.
- Assist in identifying strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and management systems and propose solutions for the new designs, tools, and questionnaires.
- Devise and put in place, additional methods for verifying program activities – by visit, spot checks, follow-up with beneficiaries, pictures, etc.
- Monitor and manage assessments and reporting requirements in coordination with the project team and contribute to the development of assessment reports, progress reports, internal weekly reports, monthly, quarterly, periodic and other ad-hoc requests based on the need.
- Provide technical advice to the program staff based on the indicators and reports collected for sustainability and right course of action.
