- Analyze processes across various functions, identify improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives that increase efficiency
- Assist in the execution of cross-functional transformational initiatives and projects
- Lead small size projects in their full cycle; planning, implementation and day-to-day execution and provide periodic updates to management
- Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders and assist in the timely reporting of project milestones and deliverables.
- Design, generate, test and validate insightful performance metrics, OLAs, SLAs and measurement tools.
- Design and implement policies and processes that increase both quality and efficiency across the business.
