- Keep abreast of local and CODEX regulatory Knowledge
- Maintains & keeps up to date, a repository of the country specific regulations, with early escalation of new regulations within Nestle, to ensure compliance
- Provide input upon inquiry for I&R projects, and during project development to check the compliance with local regulations advise in case of any needed changes
- Consult with authorities to ensure compliance before giving feedback on projects and defend Nestlé's position
- Oversees and manages the end-to-end registration and re-newel process and authority approvals for any Nestlé product when needed
