Design methodology for the research to be undertaken according to project needs and action plan designed by the thematic Senior Adviser.
Design the tools related to the research including questionnaires, reports, and, tabulations.
Develop new or revise current survey and assessment forms as required.
If needed, conduct the data collection (quantitative and qualitative) including coordinating and overseeing field interventions for data collection and leading conducting FGDs and interviews.
Analyze the collected data (qualitative and quantitative) and draft reports.
Conduct desk review and prepare policy briefs and case studies.
Manage all activities related to the research including logistics, organization, and communication with participants.
Designs and delivers training related to the research on methodology, tools, and other related issues.
Maintain communication with the direct manager about each step of the plan.
Ensure deadlines are respected through coordination.
Provide inputs to other sections and reports, using the collected data. These can be information bulletins, communication tools, and other reports related to ARDD’s Projects.
