Job Description

- Treat survivors and other vulnerable beneficiaries with respect, kindness and in a caring manner, always maintaining confidentiality and based on survivors’ needs and wishes.
- Give survivors information about consequences of sexual assault, mandatory reporting regulations and help them identify their needs and options.
- Develop action plans to address survivors’ physical, emotional, psychological, social, protection, and financial needs and provide follow up to ensure needed services are provided.
- Work closely upon consent of the survivor with the health providers , Economic Recovery Development program, and cash unit as well as other referral partners on referrals to ensure holistic care of survivors,
