Job Description

Req ID : 1072249

▪ Conducting Radio Frequency (RF) drive tests; collecting data and statistics and analyzing them subsequently; in order to evaluate network’s performance and detect faults/ issues/ service degradation.

▪ Contributing in monitoring RAN Key Performance Indicators and analyzing network performance related parameters, data and statistics, to identify any deviation from targets, and subsequently reporting it to take further actions.

▪ Handling customer complaints regarding RAN stations issues, such as low coverage, Quality of Services…etc., carrying-out troubleshooting activities, and subsequently installing required solutions such as IBS or taking necessary actions to solve them appropriately; ensuring customer satisfaction, while preparing comprehensive reports accordingly.

▪ Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
