Define, design, and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues thoroughly during bugs’ tracking.
- Conduct all types of testing [ Smoke Test, Ad-hoc test, System test, Integration test, etc.. ] for all web applications and mobile applications.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as (Postman, Soap UI, and Katalon).
- Test specifications for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Find clear reproduction steps for issues reported by customers.
- Verify builds for quality prior to production deployment.
- Translate high-level business requirements into test scenarios.
- Perform service-level testing on an as-needed basis.
- Work closely with engineering teams to discuss risk and risk mitigation.
- Assist in enhancing the overall QA process by suggesting improvements, best practices, and new approaches to testing workflow.
- Receive mentorship from the engineering team.
