- Conduct project kick-off sessions, initiate, scope, budget and plan the handled projects.
- Attend meetings with corporates and project-based entities and represent UWallet in professional manner.
- Monitor projects and provide progress and business-analysis reports for the management.
- Receive the projects' raised cases and technical issues and communicate it with concerned parties to provide the required resolution.
- Implement/ handle the resolution steps for the handled cases and communicate the resolution and closure with the stakeholders.
