Job Description

- Liaise with ministries and local authorities relevant to the MMU projects to coordinate implementation of its different components.
- Coordinate all MMU protocols related matters including events, meetings and correspondence with relevant government, and other relevant external partners.
- Provide protocol and liaison support to the head of MMU and the project officer in communicating all relevant programme matters with the government institutions and officials and manage highly confidential materials and information with tact and discretion.
- Ensure proper follow up with relevant ministries and institutions in obtaining necessary approvals related to MMU unit programmatic needs and requirements.
- Participate in relevant field meetings.
- Maintain and oversee the record of the programme, official approvals, and relevant correspondence on the shared folder.
- Perform any other duty as requested by the MMU supervisor.
