- Providing assessment of the needs of the program participants and their families, including screening for eligibility and suitability, and to ensure safety measures related to COVID 19.
- Support in contacting assigned households to schedule initial visit
- Conducting initial household visits which include the administration of a household survey provided by the project
- Conduct frequently (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. depending on the project management requirements) home visits in a team of two for each household in the caseload and ad hoc visits if the participant required additional support.
