- Provide coaching and mentoring services to program participants that reinforce key lessons provided through a series of tailed training courses designed to improve their social and economic status and resilience.
- Have a strong knowledge of the local context and the cultural norms, conduct frequently (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) household visits, support families that are experiencing difficulties due to cases of extreme poverty, job-less, injury, or other life-changing situations.
- Engage members of the household to explain the program interventions and goals in detail.
- Utilize the project conducted market assessment to support participants in the development of a career plan.
