- First-hand experience of designing, implementing and managing a portfolio of programmes- minimum 5 years’ experience.
- In-depth political professional and sectoral knowledge of the Jordanian environment including of recent developments in political party, CSO and parliamentary matters.
- Direct demonstrable experience of implementing programmes engaging the Jordanian parliament and/or working knowledge of Jordanian parliamentary dynamics and ways of working
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and oral), able to communicate with senior stakeholders
