- Analyze global market trends & benchmark against competitor pricing strategies
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to define pricing structure for company products
- Create pricing policy, recommend changes in pricing structure/methodology, and apply consistent processes and operating procedures to implement pricing changes and gain maximum efficiencies.
- Develop tools to analyze financial information: profitability ratios, pricing models
- Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing models
- Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers
- Provide performance analysis of pricing initiatives at the service and account level.
- Coordinate with regional directors to implement all price changes on products and services and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Manage the Annual Price Alignment project and implementation
- Analyze and forecast Fuel spot rates and send recommendation strategies to management
- Build pricing models and analyze market price competitiveness for Franchise offices
