Job Description

- Ensures a safe and child-friendly atmosphere within the atelier;
- Promotes and advances children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development collaboratively with other teachers through making the atelier a place where children’s ideas and thought process are made clear, noted down and their interests investigated visually and audibly;
- Welcomes the children ideas and projects and helps learners express themselves in as many ways as possible while teaching new skills and concepts;
- Works with children on creative experiences using a wide variety of media to encourage ideas, exploration and questions;
- Creates movement and musical experiences for children that allow them to experience the joy of movement, dance, self-expression while enhancing to their self-esteem, physical development and rhythmic creativity;
- Supports ongoing learning projects and groups while facilitating a system to introduce and explore art materials, nature, music and movement;
- Elevate the visibility of learners’ ideas and theories through documentation;
