- On daily basis sweep, mop floors & clean service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen all the time.
- Dust furniture, walls, equipment and scrub all surfaces clean.
- Keep a check on cleaning materials and re-order via the manager.
- Organize refreshment and prepare for any meetings or workshops arranged in the office.
- Lock or unlock the building securely.
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
- Identify and report possible repairs, maintenance issues, or security issues.
- Any other duties & tasks assigned.
- Follow up on the office and guesthouse supplies (Refreshment & Cleaning materials) and to update the supervisor with the shortage of needed materials.
