Job Description

- Setting Junior/ Site Engineers workload and assigning daily tasks, mentoring Junior/ Site Engineers in all of their duties - working alongside them to ensure that optimum time management is achieved and all tasks are covered
- Liaising with Supervisor/ Construction Manager to ensure that all works are completed as per project requirements and that design intent is achieved
- Liaising with QA/QC personal to ensure that all quality requirements are met
- Liaising with Draftsman and Administration regarding relevant aspects of Project
- Liaising with client, subcontractors and suppliers regarding material approvals, technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
- Liaise with QS regarding completion of material take-off
- Completing all project deliverables for new projects as they come on scope, reviewing contract requirements and drawings for potential technical queries
- Planning and scheduling of Project scope of works
