Job Description

  • Responsible for the data input and integrity of the People systems.
  • Managing the administration of the entire employee life cycle and the related processes from onboarding to departure.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Managing the employee benefits administration including health insurance.
  • Preparing attestations, salary certificates and all other People related documentation.
  • Addressing queries from employees around benefits, processes and policies and People systems.
  • Continuously improving People processes and suggesting ways to simplify the user journeys.
  • Liaising with Finance on all payroll related matters.
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
  • Contributing to the creation of a positive environment and a great culture.
  • Supporting the implementation of People projects, office management tasks and any other tasks as assigned.
