- Working in Operations Department under the direct supervision of the Operations Coordinator He She will be assisting the operations department with ensuring accuracy and completeness of operations records Supporting with following up with payments and the monthly closing for the OPs services He She will be assisting the assets controller in controlling the assets and during the physical counting nbsp ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ensure proper filing of operations documents both softcopy and hardcopy Work on all data entry related to the operations department as directed by the operations team Assist in Receiving registering and issuing assets Assist in Receiving registering and releasing goods When assigned by supervisor the intern will conduct physical assets verification Scan important operation documents and archive them in the shared folder Follow up with all payments received from NWS and ensure processing them in a timely manner Work on all the incident reports related to assets nbsp
