Online Learning Advisor

• Identify capacity building needs with the INJAZ team
• In consultation with the team, develop a plan to increase their capacity in designing and managing Online Education tools, paying particular attention to inclusion and accessibility
• Deliver the Capacity building plan
• Support and advise the team managing the current offer of online education
• Identify, record and disseminate lessons learnt
Expected results
• Increased partner s capacity to design and manage online education tools
• Increased quality of current offer of online education
• Increases knowledge about best practises in supporting partners to develop their capacities
