- Overseeing antenatal care, gynecologic care and obstetrics care in Irbid Maternity hospital
- Provide health care related to gynecology and obstetrics to patients, including prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure the implementation of IMC's clinical policies, tools, guidelines and protocols related to gynecology and obstetrics in order to minimize clinical risk and to extend best reproductive practices.
- In collaboration with the Hospital manager, ensure that the gynecological equipment is available to perform safe deliveries and assist the hospital manager to raise a request for any item that may be necessary for safe provision of services.
- Provide technical supervision of maternity staff, including midwifes and nurses, in providing quality healthcare services. Organize training sessions as requested by the hospital manager to improve the knowledge and skills of the staff.
