- Plan and implement livelihoods activities and interventions, in line with project documents and donor commitments, ensuring timely implementation, and indicator achievement.
- In coordination with the Emergency Response Coordinator, analyze existing data needed to make strategic decision on project scope and interventions, including target communities, eligibility criteria, timelines, sectors of interventions, etc.
- In coordination with the Emergency Response Coordinator, lead the identification, selection and engagement of community-based Labour Market Mentors.
- Coordinate timely implementation of cash grants for livelihoods and monthly cash assistance (multipurpose cash) closely coordinating with other cash-based intervention (CBI) staff, including preparation of paperwork, liaison with IOM resource management, financial service providers, and partners.
