Job Description

- Contributes to the implementation of the operational partnership between the ICRC and the Jordan Red Crescent by working closely with colleagues to develop joint procedures and partnership agreements;
- Takes trips to the field to prepare and attend joint assessments and/or contribute to the local partner’s capacity-building.
- Maintains an open line of communication with the Jordan Red Crescent technical staff on capacity-building needs and support.
- Contributes to maintaining a constant overview of the Movement’s activities, capacity and affairs; contributes to organizing various Movement meetings; supports the Cooperation Coordinator on issues related to coordination within the Movement
- Ensures that the Jordan Red Crescent provides operational and financial reports on a regular basis and according to established formats and procedures; provides training and regular coaching in financial management and reporting to Jordan Red Crescent staff.
- Ensures that all important documents are filled according to the ICRC procedures
- Contribute and prepare to the institutional Reporting, Planning and Budgeting
