Mental Health & Psychosocial Support

* Work with Child Protection/Education/Health/Nutrition/MHPSS Officers to identify staff and partner training needs, develop and adapt relevant training modules to ensure that the staff are equipped to provide safe and effective person-focused MHPSS supports. Initial focus may be on the Case Management teams (Coordinators, Officers and Assistants).
* Provide regular structured supervision to MHPSS Officers and/or other staff providing person-focused interventions, to ensure that they are providing high-quality evidence-based support, based on the agreed intervention models/packages and practice guidelines/SOPs; and provide day-to-day remote support on complex cases as needed.
* As and when intervention models are clarified and SOPs are in place, support MHPSS Officers and/or other staff providing person-focused interventions, to develop child-centered care plans for the children and families receiving focused MHPS support.
* Support and monitor the implementation of care plans, with special attention to risk assessment and safety concerns, and ensure proper documentation of decisions and outcomes.
