As a Director of Materials Management / Materials Manager you are responsible for all the purchasing functions, storing and issuing of all stored food, beverage, general, engineering and operating equipment, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Manage all administrative functions of the Materials Department, inclusive of staffing, training and fulfillment of other related duties
Maintain logical storeroom inventory levels operationally needed
Oversee overall hygiene, fire and safety, proper storing arrangement, cleanliness of storerooms and freezers according to corporate, local and international Standards
Inform management and department heads on pending items, new procedures, system difficulties and other related matters
