The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, effective manager and results driven. As well, familiar with both standard production environments as well as project (job shop) types of manufacturing. Be insightful into the steel markets as they pertain to manufacturing, and be able to communicate effectively with a global group on said subject. In addition, be technically savvy, understand complex components and assemblies, and be able to offer insight as it pertains. Lastly, be a nimble learner, easily shifting direction, and doing so expeditiously and committed to creating a culture of engagement.
