Job Description

- Support in the overall implementation of the project as per the annual work plan;
- Act as a master trainer for developing and delivering trainings on topics such as business management, entrepreneurship, business planning, marketing and sales;
- Support in setting up and optimally delivering blended learning and online trainings;
- Actively contribute to progressing work planning of the Consortium in order to develop the foundational and technical areas of the project;
- Act as a facilitator between youth, private sector and education institutions to create linkages that can result in (self-)employment opportunities or cost-shared internship opportunities;
- Supporting the planning of program activities and steering towards timely delivery in close collaboration with relevant team members and AC headquarters;
