Main Objective of the Position:
Avertra Corps Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing Avertraâs marketing and branding strategies that will enable Avertra to gain more awareness and harness leads in the market as well as overseeing and managing the Marketing teamâs workloads.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to raise awareness around the
- Avertra brand that fall in line with company goals
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Produce and maintain engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts Avertraâs target audience
- Build strategic relationships with Avertraâs marketing partners
- Prepare and monitor Avertraâs marketing budget
- Manage and maintain Avertraâs social media
- Oversee and approve marketing materials (campaigns, brochures, one pagers, blog posts, etc.)
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Manage and plan for Avertraâs live and virtual events
- Oversee the Marketing teamâs work, tasks, and development

Education:
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, 2 years of which must be in a lead or higher role.
- Experience in B2B Marketing

- Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to express our companyâs views creatively.
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Possess multicultural awareness to be able to produce content for and communicate with global partners and customers
Preferences:
- Experience with Figma and social media scheduling tools like Buffer
- Preferably possess an American or EU passport
