- Leading and steering the team from an operational perspective in order to ensure on-time, complete and correct delivery of all materials to all internal external customers. Monitoring direct reports on a daily business to ensure transactions are completed on SAPWMS, and all operations are executed in line with JTI Standards, policy procedures and Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost perspective. As a power user will be responsible for the resolution/communication/escalation of any issues related to SAP, WMS, and other systems
- Overseeing all activities engaged in receipts of materials, proper storage, safe keeping, physical verifications and timely issuance to warehouses, clients and Sales Representatives, as well as directing and controlling the inventory management activities to ensure availability of finished goods; organizing daily/monthly/annual inventory count activities
- Executing the tasks and instructions assigned by management or other functions related to Finance and Legal compliance; such as inventory counts, destruction policy implementation, inventory movements and so on, ensure the proper communication and reporting with ISTD office (if needed), ensure EHS requirements and instructions are followed by all warehouse employees
- Ensuring accurate and timely stock take, monthly, quarterly and yearly, as well as a proper circulation of necessary documentation flow within the organization
