Handle logistics activities and ensure all equipment and supplies are met as per requirements, as well as follow up on purchase orders and ensure they are delivered on time. Prepare plans and schedules to follow up on product delivery with coordination and input from the Procurement Specialist and other stakeholders.
The cost of the project. Coordinate with shipping agencies and monitor their performance to ultimately deliver products smoothly and on time.
- Solve all problems with shipping and insurance agencies in case of loss or damage to things in coordination with all concerned parties. Regular review of purchase orders and their terms to ensure every detail is inculcated into the order and contract as well.
