Acting as first level support of receiving all end user requests, filtering, resolving requests and escalating unsolved requests to the IT personnel according to priority.
Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution services.
Create, develop and maintain reports to improve the monitoring of applications ensuring effectiveness in line with departmental policies and customer needs.
Responsible to ensure day to day maintenance of network activities.
Service Level Management: draw up needed SLA for all requirements and service request, concerning IT Infrastructure and business application. These SLAs must be monitored and measured on a regular basis and reviewed where needed.
Responsible for back up all the servers in the Datacenter.
