Job Description

- Implement network infrastructure including all LAN/WAN equipment, server infrastructure including software and services.
- Ensure to install and operate systems equipment in accordance with Crystel policies.
- Installs, maintains, configures, upgrades and/or administers hardware and/or software in assigned multiple technology domains.
- Performs routine and preventative maintenance and performs emergency production issue resolution.
- Responsible for user account management, including onboarding and offboarding of users, access rights and group membership administration and user mailbox administration.
- Maintain the security, backup, and recovery strategies.
- Create and/or maintain documentation, which includes operating and maintenance procedures.
- Provide 2ndlevel support, liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Analyzes IT hardware and software to make relevant recommendations to optimize performance.
- Assesses current security posture, design systems and processes to improve security, and oversees security operations.
