- Lead the technical development of AAAR GBV chatbot.
- Develop a user’s-friendly platform and increase accessibility to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
- Develop an accountability mechanism within the platform.
- Ensure running of online chatbot and solve issues related.
- Ensure weekly updates, and when needed, on the platform based on the feedback from stakeholders.
- Provide monthly statistics and activities reports to the Programme Manager.
- Support Programme Manager to prepare donor reporting.
- Support the media advertisement for the campaigning activities in collaboration with the Communication and Campaign Coordinator.
- Participate in graphic design for all contents.
- Craft high-level and detailed conversational scripts, task flows, and mock-ups to effectively communicate chat and voice interaction and design ideas
- Apply concepts and practices related to Natural language
