Job Description

The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for supporting and conducting internal

investigations in the country office in coordination with the regional office Investigation Specialist

and Investigation Specialist and help mitigate against the need for future

investigation. The Investigation Coordinator will conduct and advise on internal investigations into

allegations of misconduct, such as fraud,workplace harassment, SEA, abuse of authority, aid

diversion, nepotism, breaches of international sanctions, and other potential violations of NRC’s rules and

regulations. The Investigation Coordinator is also responsible for providing expert advice on

mitigation, and to actively contribute to NRC’s wider learning on risk reduction. The incumbent

will work closely with the Compliance Risk Management Section, the country office Management Group,

and a variety of staff across SRO programs.
