Job Description

- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activities of the innovation lab center program and/or location and provide necessary reports for the line manager
- Design and propose regular activities and special events for BLUMONT program(s) and/or location(s)
- Identify and record necessary materials, working with Procurement to attain items
- Develop and manage needed forms, reports, and paperwork
- Conduct outreach to community to understand needs/interests, develop relationships, and recruit beneficiaries to programs
- Facilitate meetings with refugees, including beneficiaries and volunteers
- Participate in recruit, train, and manage BLUMONT volunteers implementing programs in coordination with the line manager
- Monitor activities, track beneficiaries, and evaluate progress of volunteers, program and/or location
- Write daily reports for regular activities as well as event reports for special activities
- Represent BLUMONT in coordination meetings and interagency projects upon assignment from the line manager
