- Supports the creation, and development of new databases, software and data collection modality as necessary for programming needs.
- Ensures all data is consolidated into various database between the different Programs Units and community centres (QRFCC/QRFCCE).
- Ensures the information included by the projects teams (and community centres) is up to dated and accurate.
- Supports in providing data for implementation and monitoring activities through coordination with PMs or MEL for all programmatic areas.
- Supports the Program Quality and Research Senior Manager in developing and circulating the data management and data protection SOPs.
- Ensures Data Protection SOPs compliance by conducting regular spot checks and refresher trainings.
- Ensures the adaptation of the database based on emerging needs, and new programming requirements and indicators.
- Works on any future development of the data management and visualization of the findings on organizational level.
- Ensures regular back-ups of the IM data as well as the Kobo data is taken and saved on SharePoint.
- Ensures up-to-date work-plans, and proper tracking of IM activities, and uploads them into the Shared Folder as agreed with the Program Quality and Research Senior Manager.
