- Check the product in each production stage according to the acceptable quality limit and related SOP, to approve/reject the transition to the next stage.
- Ensure the all needed details are defined clearly for all Production rooms, materials and products such as (Name of the product, Batch number, weight, date and the employee signature) in the production areas.
- Daily and periodic tours to ensure the application of good documentation rules and GMP rules in production department during manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with calibration department to ensure that all IPC’s instruments are maintained and calibrated in compliance with the related SOP.
