The HR/Incentive Based Volunteer Assistant works on implementation of BLUMONT HR policies and procedures and ensures that all Administrative activities are conducted in accordance with BLUMONT Rules and Regulations.

Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations.

.

Participating in following up zaatari staff HR department for any updates and needed tasks.

.

Assist printing scanning, filing all documents related to department responsibilities.

.

Check all staff timesheets before providing to Finance Department on a monthly basis.
