- Provide advisory services to clients in various human capital lines of service such as Organizational Development, HR Strategy Articulation, Job Descriptions, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies & Procedures, Performance Management Systems, Employee Engagement Survey & Talent Management... etc.
- Demonstrate ability to understand the client’s organization, business and regulatory environment.
- Respect and maintain the confidentiality of clients and company's information.
- Demonstrate awareness of workloads, offer help team members and take on additional tasks when appropriate.
- Ability to travel within the GCC region.
