To be successful in this role you will have a relevant degree in human resources management or a related field and significant relevant experience at a similar level, preferably in corporate or INGO sector.
You will have relevant HR competence in recruitment, workforce planning, HR systems design and implementation, employee relations, pay and benefits management, health & safety management, matrix management coupled with substantial knowledge and experience on organizational development practices and techniques.
You will be a team player and will influence and inspire confidence in others using your professional approach and specialist knowledge.
