- Task 1: Review existing HR needs assessment outcomes.
- Task 2: Develop a training needs assessment, circulation of the TNA and review the outcomes.
- Task 2: Develop training content including training manuals, training documents and training materials in different HR related topics under: HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment.
- Task 3: Develop implementation plan for the trainings.
