Job Description

- Compliance and adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures
- Implement NRC’s HR and Learning and Development systems and procedures
- Provide advice, guidance and technical support to the regional office
- Management and oversight on all related personnel management, processes and documentation to ensure compliance with NRC’s supporting documentation systems
- Management of regional HR technical officer
- Contribute to the development of policies, strategies, tools and new approaches, with a focus on innovation and piloting
