Operations- GTW Sups, Daily Support GTW with GEMA traces for NCI, Damage, refused and RTO cases and missing cases plus bond management. Customer Service Daily, Ad hoc Service issues, traces. Gateway Daily Daily support to clearance team to ensure under pressue delayed cases logged on GEMA and communicated via MCT/email.
